Job Description Provide administrative support for the CED, staff agents, county administration • Collect monthly data from agents, create and submit newsletter for County Commissioners, local farmers, and the community within the county • Collect invoices, enter, match and submit for payments via Munis accounting system to the county accounting department • Collect invoices, enter, match and submit for payments via NC State accounting system to the State accounting department • Handle travel arrangements for the department • Submit state and county vehicle mileage and invoices, as well as schedule maintenance and inspection • Work with CED to review, create and submit budget to the county for new fiscal year • Handle multiple budgets, such as purchases, collecting invoices, maintaining balances and ensuring the department remains within allocated budget amounts • Answer phones, greet clients and assist visitors • Handle all mailings for the department Maintain and handle auditorium for meetings, set up technical equipment when requested for visitors, order catering for events • Maintain, update and post to all social media sites for the department • Assist Livestock and 4-H Agents with various events
